shepherding visits.....were they?
by angel eyes inwe have friends who say that they have had some awful shepherdings,the things theyve been told in them were far from encouraging.. we havent ever had one so to be honest i cant comment...but would love to know if you had one?
were they regular and were they ever encouraging?

Issaac i wasnt having ago at you with my replys above...just had sooooo many to answer...but didnt mean for it to come across wrong..or even to shamus. Regarding the shunning why would someone NOT shun a wicked person or a df person?? Its for our benefit.....when i spoke to jookbeard baring in mind is not seen him since i was 4,he was constantly attacking...i didnt mind and i took it on the chin but what im saying is why would anyone want to associate with someone who never spoke about other things,work,day to day things,hobbies etc and all they did was attack Jah or his org? Surely thats good enough reason to shun....safety.

these petty mistakes are worthy of Df...and yes petty shirt colours etc because we are imperfect...or because they are too proud...who knows..there are many reasons...but why please why leave Jehovahs loving home???

Wasnt ever to do with God.....as ive said before yes some will claim to be Jw and will do wrong,others will make mistakes....but these petty things shouldnt ever push us away from Jehovahs love,which is what satan wants and is succeeding sadly.
Some congregations wont let you give public talks in a coloured shirt,these are things that satan will use and yes imperfect men either unknowingly or deliberately are doing things that arent needed or that Jehovah wouldnt actually be bothered about (ie the shirt or goatie) BUT would that really stumble someone who loved Jah? I dont go to the meetings for the men there,or dress to please them etc...i was baptised for Jah and i do things to please him,thats why silly mistakes dont bother me in the slightest because im staying focused....satan can fight all he wants but i have more important things to be dealing with then worrying if a brother can wear a certain shirt or grown a goatie.
The Gb change with time within reason,always staying with morals and principles.
